{"id":1065,"date":"2021-05-06T12:11:04","date_gmt":"2021-05-06T12:11:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/?p=1065"},"modified":"2024-04-23T08:04:33","modified_gmt":"2024-04-23T08:04:33","slug":"bind-edit-woocommerce-coupons-in-woocommerce-bulk-edit-plugin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/bind-edit-woocommerce-coupons-in-woocommerce-bulk-edit-plugin\/","title":{"rendered":"How to bind edit WooCommerce coupons in WooCommerce bulk edit plugin?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d WooCommerce coupons is an excellent option for changing multi coupon data at the same time directly from the table in <a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/plugins\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WooCommerce Bulk Coupons Editing plugin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To use this feature in our plugin, at first you need to add those columns that you want to change their data to the coupon table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then you are able to filter your preferred coupons for changing their values simultaneously either by using \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Quick Search<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting the filtered orders, the process is very simple by marking the checkbox next to \u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d and changing the value of one of the columns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as changing the value of one of the coupons in the related column, the values of other selected coupons will be changed automatically by the plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s better to follow these steps in our plugin to better understand how to \u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d WooCommerce coupons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: Add columns to the table<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we totally described the method of adding columns to the coupon table via \u201c<strong>Column Profiles<\/strong>\u201d, you can add as many columns as you need just by marking them in the \u201c<strong>Column Profile<\/strong>\u201d form and clicking on \u201c<strong>Apply to table<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this tutorial we have added all columns to the table by marking the check box next to the \u201c<strong>Select All<\/strong>\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/add-all-columns.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1507\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/add-all-columns.png\" alt=\"Add all columns to WooCommerce bulk coupons edit plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1530\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Filter coupons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We also decided to use \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d to filter those coupons that we need to edit their values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d,&nbsp; To use this feature, you need to&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mark the check box next to \u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark the checkbox of those coupons that need to be edited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a coupons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let\u2019s our plugin do its job in a few seconds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Some different methods have been designed in our plugin to enable you to edit the values related to each column fast and easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make it clear for you, let\u2019s try to edit some values of WooCommerce coupons directly from the table.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Example 1: Bind edit discount type<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For some fields that just one specified value has to be assigned to the coupons among some default items, we provided a combo box to allow store managers to easily choose one of them from the provided list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if you want to change \u201c<strong>Discount Type<\/strong>\u201d of some coupons by \u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mark \u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d checkbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark some coupons in the table\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on one of the combo boxes under \u201cDiscount Type\u201d column related to one of the coupons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose one of the items from the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for the plugin to assign the value you have chosen to other selected coupons\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure item from the provided list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Example 2: Bind edit coupon amount<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201c<strong>coupon Amount<\/strong>\u201d field, you have to enter a number because of that we designed a textbox as well as a <strong>calculator<\/strong> to help you change the amount of this field, precisely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In these kinds of fields you can either type a number in the Textbox as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a Bind edit expiry date<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For do this very fast and easy, we provided a <strong>calendar<\/strong> in the table. So, after marking the checkbox of Bind edit option and selecting those coupons needed editing, you should set a date for that.
