It&#8217;s available form by clicking on the \u201c<strong>Column Profile\u201d<\/strong> button at the main page of our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are some different options in this form to help you manage coupon columns easily. Let\u2019s get familiar with them one by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Choose preset for coupon columns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we described in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/save-and-load-column-profile-on-woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing-plugin\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/save-and-load-column-profile-on-woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing-plugin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How to save and load column profiles on WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin?<\/a>\u201d, if you have already saved any column profile via \u201c<strong>Column Manager<\/strong>\u201d tab, those preset will be shown here and you can choose one of them to manage which columns displayed in the coupon table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/choose-preset.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1507\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/choose-preset.png\" alt=\"choose preset in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1474\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Select All \/ Unselect<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By marking the \u201c<strong>Select All<\/strong>\u201d checkbox, all columns available in the plugin will be selected. You can see all of them in the <strong>Coupon<\/strong> Table by clicking on \u201c<strong>Apply to table<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/select-unselect-all.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1507\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/select-unselect-all.png\" alt=\"select or unselect all columns in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1476\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as marking \u201c<strong>All Select<\/strong>\u201d checkbox, it will be turned to <strong>Unselect<\/strong> and you can reverse the process by unmarking this option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Column categories<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the middle of this form, you can see all available columns which are divided into different categories including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage restriction&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage limits&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To help you find those columns you need to be display on the table fast and easy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add columns to the table, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mark the checkbox next to each column you need<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Apply to table<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/add-columns-to-table.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1520\" height=\"838\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/add-columns-to-table.png\" alt=\"add columns to table in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1477\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Save changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the bottom of <strong>\u201cColumn Profiles\u201d <\/strong>form, we designed an option in green called \u201c<strong>Save Changes<\/strong>\u201d. If you click on \u201c<strong>Save Changes<\/strong>\u201d button, two options will be appeared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Update Selected Preset<\/strong>: it means the new columns you have selected\/ Unselected will be saved on the same preset displayed in front of <strong>\u201cChoose preset\u201d<\/strong> at the top of the form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: this options is available when you are changing the custom presets not default presets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Save a new preset<\/strong>: it means our plugin will create a new preset automatically and save those columns in that preset.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, when we clicked on \u201c<strong>Save a new preset<\/strong>\u201d button after selecting the below columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage limit per coupon&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/save-changes-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1520\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/save-changes-2.png\" alt=\"save a new preset in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1480\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0The plugin Automatically created <strong>Preset no.987<\/strong> and saved those columns to this preset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage the columns added to this preset, we can follow one of the below methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mark other columns for example, \u201c<strong>Product categories<\/strong>\u201d in the <strong>\u201cColumn Profile\u201d <\/strong>form and choose \u201c<strong>Update selected preset<\/strong>\u201d to save Changes&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/update-selected-preset-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1504\" height=\"838\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/update-selected-preset-2.png\" alt=\"update selected preset in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1483\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Open the <strong>\u201ccolumn manager\u201d<\/strong> tab from the main page of the plugin and click on the <strong>Edit<\/strong> button in front of <strong>Preset 987<\/strong> to see the managing form.
