You have access to this tab by navigating to the below address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WordPress Dashboard &gt; PRO bulk bundle &gt; Woo Coupons&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the first page of our plugin, you have to click on the \u201c<strong>Column Manager<\/strong>\u201d tab.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As illustrated below, there are two different sections in this tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Column Profiles&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create New profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/column-manager-tab.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1505\" height=\"833\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/column-manager-tab.png\" alt=\"column manager tab in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1437\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To save column profiles, you need to start from the second section. Let\u2019s review what is included in this part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Create new profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the create new profile, you can easily find your preferred columns either by searching some part of their titles in the <strong>\u201cSearch Field\u201d<\/strong> box or by scrolling down the list of columns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After finding your preferred columns, you need to mark them and then add them to the opposite box(right side) which means those selected columns will be displayed in the Coupon Table after loading this column profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, as you can see in the below picture, we have added the below columns to our profile by searching \u06ccate, marking those columns and clicking on <strong>arrow<\/strong> icon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Modified Date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coupon expiry date<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/create-a-new-profile.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1505\" height=\"832\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/create-a-new-profile.png\" alt=\"create a new profile in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1439\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the right box, we provide you a lot of options to edit the column profile before saving:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Change the name of column profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the top of the box, you can see a textbox for defining column profile name. For example, we typed \u201c<strong>Coupon date<\/strong>&#8221; to set as this column profile name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/change-column-profile-name.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1506\" height=\"833\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/change-column-profile-name.png\" alt=\"change column profile name\" class=\"wp-image-1440\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Edit columns&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the bottom section, you can easily manage your columns by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drag and drop them one by one to change their orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/change-columns-order.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1504\" height=\"833\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/change-columns-order.png\" alt=\"change column order in column profile\" class=\"wp-image-1441\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose the color of text or background of the column<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/choose-background-text-color.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1505\" height=\"833\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/choose-background-text-color.png\" alt=\"choose column background and text color in WooCommerce coupon bulk edit\" class=\"wp-image-1442\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we added purple as the text color of the \u201c<strong>Modification date<\/strong>\u201d column to see the text of this column with this color in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/choose-custom-color.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1505\" height=\"834\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/choose-custom-color.png\" alt=\"choose custom color\" class=\"wp-image-1443\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, when everything looks good, click on \u201c<strong>Save Preset<\/strong>\u201d to save this column profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown below, as soon as saving this column profile, this preset will be added to the list of column profiles at the top of the page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/added-preset.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1504\" height=\"832\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/added-preset.png\" alt=\"added column preset to WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1444\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Column profile options<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this part, you can see two options in front of those columns that you have either saved them from \u201c<strong>Column profile<\/strong>\u201d form or \u201c<strong>Column manager<\/strong>\u201d tab including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delete column profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you click on the <strong>Delete <\/strong>button, that column profile will be removed from the list and you have no access to it any more to be loaded on the coupon table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Edit column profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on the &#8220;<strong>Edit<\/strong>&#8221; button, a new pop-up will appear and you can manage columns of that profile very fast and easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, as illustrated below, we clicked on &#8220;<strong>Edit<\/strong>&#8221; button of \u201c<strong>Custom coupon columns<\/strong>\u201d, so in the related pop-up page we could change:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The name of column profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add \/ remove columns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the color of text or background of columns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the order of columns by drag &amp;
