This option help you quickly change their status or delete them permanently without any need to go to the WooCommerce coupons page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage the trashed coupons in our plugin, you need to instruct our plugin to display them on the table by clicking on the <strong>Quick Search<\/strong> button and choosing <strong>Trash<\/strong> on the <strong>Status<\/strong> dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a default, our plugin will always display <strong>\u201cAll coupons\u201d,<\/strong> however you can choose to see the orders with the below status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pending Preview&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Published<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown below, if front of each item, the number of coupons with that status is also specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, when we click on &#8220;<strong>Trash (1)&#8221;,<\/strong> it display just one coupon that is remove temporarily from the plugin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/05\/select-trash-status.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1205\" height=\"588\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/05\/select-trash-status.png\" alt=\"Select trash status in WooCommerce plugin toolbar\" class=\"wp-image-1747\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage removed coupons , you can use one of the below options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Empty trash<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you choose the Trash status, you can hover on the <strong>Recycle<\/strong> Icon on the toolbar and choose \u201c<strong>Empty Trash<\/strong>\u201d.
