By clicking on this tab, you are able to bulk edit the below fields according to the items designed in front of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum Spend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum Spend<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individual Use Only&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclude Sale Items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclude Products&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allowed Emails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/bulk-edit-form.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"977\" height=\"837\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/bulk-edit-form.png\" alt=\"bulk edit form\" class=\"wp-image-1612\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To bulk edit each type of data precisely, we provided different options in front of each field. Actually, according to the types of data assigned to each field, three different categories are defined:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Numbers for Maximum \/ Minimum spend<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In those fields that you need to assign a number, we provided below conditions to make changing multi coupon \u201cusage restriction\u201d more convenient for you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Set New<\/strong>: The current data will be replaced by the new value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear Value<\/strong>: All current data will be removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formula<\/strong>: A new value will be assigned to the field based on the formula and current data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increased by value<\/strong>: All current data will be increased by new value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decreased by value<\/strong>: All current data will be decreased by new value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increased by value %:<\/strong> All current data will be increased by new value%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decreased by value%:<\/strong> All current data will be decreased by new value%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the text box next to each condition box, you can type any number to instruct our plugin apply the selected condition to it and change the current values of selected coupons as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure selective values, you can choose to apply one of the below actions to those values selected in the opposite selection box to\/from the current field values:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Append<\/strong>: Add values to the end of current data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepend<\/strong>: Add values at the beginning of current data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong>: Remove values from the current data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a can just type an <strong>Email Address<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-image-1616\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To prevent you from getting confused, we will explain these items by making some examples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But before going further, it makes sense if we add all columns that we are going to make changes on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Add columns to the coupon table<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add columns, you can easily<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Column profile\u201d<\/strong> button at the toolbar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the appeared form, mark all fields under \u201c<strong>Usage restriction category\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press \u201c<strong>Apply to table\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a Coupons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes you don\u2019t need to change the values of all coupons listed in the table, in this case you can simply get help from \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Quick Search<\/strong>\u201d to select your preferred coupons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, in this tutorial, we filtered those coupons that their titles begin with \u201c<strong>u<\/strong>&#8221; by using Quick:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a edited in the table.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Example 1: Change multi coupon usage restriction fields by Bulk Edit\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the values of \u201c<strong>usage restriction fields<\/strong>\u201d of those filtered coupons, we followed below actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Minimum Spend<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Set New<\/strong>\u201d from the Condition box&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>5<\/strong>\u201d in the Textbox&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Maximum Spend<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>increased by value<\/strong>\u201d from the Condition box&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>3<\/strong>\u201d in the text box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>individual use only<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d from dropdown list&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Exclude Sale Items<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>No<\/strong>\u201d from combo box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Include Product<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Append<\/strong>\u201d from the Condition box&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>Hoodi whit Logo<\/strong>\u201d from the product list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: To see the product list you need to type a letter in the \u201c<\/em><strong><em>selection box<\/em><\/strong><em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>exclude products<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Replace<\/strong>&#8221; from the Condition box&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>Belt<\/strong>\u201d from the product list&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Include Categories<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose <strong>Delete<\/strong> from Condition box&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Accessories<\/strong> from the product list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/set-values-in-bulk-edit-form-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" edit<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As illustrated in the below picture, the following changes are observed in the values of Coupon fields compared to the old values:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c<strong>Minimum spend values<\/strong>\u201d set to 5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>Maximum spend values<\/strong>\u201d increased by 3&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>Individual use only<\/strong>\u201d was set to Yes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
