If you have already added a coupon to WooCommerce, you may know that, three default conditions are considered to specify the usage limit of each coupon including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usage limit per coupon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit usage to x items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage limit per user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/plugins\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin<\/a>, you are able to filter as many coupons as you need. Also change their usage limit at the same time by using \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Bulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s see how \u201c<strong>Bulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Filter<\/strong>\u201d forms can help you to do this task in a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter coupons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have access to the \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d in our plugin by clicking on \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d button on the top of the main page. Then you are able to filter your coupons according to the fields we have categorized in different tabs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we filtered those coupons that their \u201c<strong>usage limit per coupon<\/strong>\u201d is \u201c<strong>2<\/strong>\u201d, as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>usage Limits<\/strong>\u201d tab in the filter form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>2<\/strong>\u201d in the text box in front of \u201c<strong>Usage Limit per Coupon<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press \u201c<strong>Get Coupons<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the plugin filtered those coupons, you can even mark those ones that you need to apply changes to them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we want to make changes on all coupons listed in the table after filtering, we just marked the check box next to <strong>ID<\/strong> and clicked on \u201c<strong>Bulk Edit form<\/strong>\u201d to follow our actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bulk Edit usage limits fields<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To change multi coupon \u201cusage limits\u201d fields, you need to open the \u201c<strong>Bulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d form by clicking on \u201c<strong>Bulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d button on the top of the main page and go to \u201c<strong>Usage Limits<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see in the below picture, three fields are editable: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usage limit per coupon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit usage to x items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage limit per user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/Bulk-edit-usage-limits-fields.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"976\" the Condition box for bulk editing them which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Set new<\/strong>: The current number will be replaced by new number typed in the opposite text box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear value<\/strong>: All numbers will be removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formula<\/strong>: A new number will be assigned to the field based on the typed formula and the current number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increased\/ decreased by value<\/strong>: The current number will be increased \/ decreased by value typed in the opposite text box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increased\/ decreased by value%:<\/strong> The current number will be increased \/ decreased by value% typed in the opposite text box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure \u201c<strong>Column Profile<\/strong>\u201d form from the main page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark all fields under \u201c<strong>Usage limits<\/strong>\u201d section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Apply to Table<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a As As you can see in the picture, the below numbers are assigned to each field:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Usage limit per coupon: 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage limit per user: Limits<\/strong>\u201d tab of \u201c<strong>Bulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d Form, we set the below conditions to change the values:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Usage limit per coupon<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Set new<\/strong>\u201d from the Condition box\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>10<\/strong>\u201d in the Textbox\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Limit Usage to x time<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Increase by value<\/strong>\u201d from the condition box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>10<\/strong>\u201d in the Text box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u201c<strong>Usage limit per user<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>formula<\/strong>\u201d from the Condition box\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type the below formula in the text box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(X+10)*2\/10<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note 1:<\/strong> in our plugin, <strong>X<\/strong> (capital letter) in the formula is the current value of that field<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note2:<\/strong> you can use any sign such as +, \u00d7, \/,% to create a new formula based on the current value (X) as the variable.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usage per limit: 10 for all filtered coupons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit usage to x items: Current value + 10= 4+10= 14 for all coupons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage limit per user: (current value + 10) \u00d7 0.2= (3+10) \u00d70.2= 13 \u00d72 \/ 10 = 26 \/ 10 = 2.6 because it\u2019s not possible to assign a decimal number to a user, the plugin will automatically round the result to the lower round number which is 2 in this example.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a help you to bulk edit \u201c<strong>Usage limits fields<\/strong>\u201d directly from the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To use these options, those columns that you want to bulk edit them must be displayed in the coupon table. So, after adding \u201c<strong>Usage Limits Columns<\/strong>\u201d, follow the below instruction to \u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mark those coupons you need to bulk edit them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark \u201c<strong>Bind Edit<\/strong>\u201d check box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on one of the columns related to one of the selected coupons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type a number or use <strong>calculator<\/strong> to change the number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press <strong>Enter<\/strong> or \u201c<strong>Apply changes<\/strong>&#8221; in the calculator pop-up page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for plugin to change the number of all fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a to the value including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The second box is a text box to enter the is 4 according to the below calculation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Current value -6= 10-6=4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Which is exactly the same as what we can see in the table:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
