\u201cCoupon items<\/strong>\u201d in WooCommerce are defined as the products and categories assigned to each coupon. It is very usual for store managers to filter some coupons according to the coupon items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This task is not possible directly from the WooCommerce coupon page. However, by using WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin<\/a>, you can easily filter coupons based on \u201cCoupon items<\/strong>\u201d via \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To have access to the \u201cCoupon items<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d, you need to open the form from the main page of our plugin then go to the \u201cUsage Restriction\u201d<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As shown below, in the \u201cUsage Restriction\u201d<\/strong> tab, you can see \u201cCoupon items<\/strong>\u201d including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n In front of each coupon item, we provided two boxes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Those boxes can help you to easily filter coupons based on coupon items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the condition box, three default options are listed. To filter coupons based on \u201cCoupon items<\/strong>\u201d you need to choose one of them from the combo box List in front of each item to apply below function on the selected items of Selection box:<\/p>\n\n\n\n As illustrated below, to select items in the \u201cSelection box\u201d<\/strong>, you need to type a letter. By typing a letter, a list of items contains that letter will appear and you can choose as many items as you need to be added to the \u201cSelection box\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you want to trace the plugin filtered coupons based on \u201cCoupon items<\/strong>\u201d correctly, we recommend you to add \u201cCoupon items<\/strong>\u201d to the coupon table via \u201cColumn Profiles<\/strong>\u201d form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now let\u2019s make some examples, to better understand how easy is filtering coupons based on coupon items in our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For example, consider that we want to filter those coupons assigned to the one of the below products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is simply possible by following below instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n That\u2019s it. All coupons have been filtered successfully. To check if the plugin does its task perfectly, You just need to click on the Product button in front of one of the coupons in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As you can see in the below picture, this coupon has been assigned to the Album<\/strong> which is one of the products we have selected in the Selection box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this example, we want to filter those coupons that assigned to some special categories including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n All steps are the same as the previous example, except choosing \u201cAnd<\/strong>\u201d from the condition box<\/strong> of Category item and selecting \u201cCap<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cSunglasses<\/strong>\u201d from its Selection box<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By clicking on \u201cGet Coupons<\/strong>\u201d, we expect to see those filtered coupons in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, as illustrated below, the plugin displayed the following massage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
