It is very usual for store managers to filter some coupons according to the coupon items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This task is not possible directly from the WooCommerce coupon page. However, by using <a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/plugins\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WooCommerce bulk coupons editing plugin<\/a>, you can easily filter coupons based on \u201c<strong>Coupon items<\/strong>\u201d via \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To have access to the \u201c<strong>Coupon items<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d, you need to open the form from the main page of our plugin then go to the \u201c<strong>Usage Restriction\u201d<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown below, in the \u201c<strong>Usage Restriction\u201d<\/strong> tab, you can see \u201c<strong>Coupon items<\/strong>\u201d including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Include products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclude Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include categories\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclude Categories\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/usage-restriction-tab-1-1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1515\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/usage-restriction-tab-1-1.png\" alt=\"usage restriction tab in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing\" class=\"wp-image-1601\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In front of each coupon item, we provided two boxes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Condition box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Those boxes can help you to easily filter coupons based on coupon items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Condition box<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the condition box, three default options are listed. To filter coupons based on \u201c<strong>Coupon items<\/strong>\u201d you need to choose one of them from the combo box List in front of each item to apply below function on the selected items of Selection box:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>OR<\/strong>: To filter those coupons assigned to each one of the items selected in the \u201c<strong>Selection box\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>And<\/strong>: To filter those coupons assigned to all items selected in the \u201c<strong>Selection box\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not in<\/strong>: To filter those coupons not assigned to each one of the items selected in the \u201c<strong>Selection box\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/condition-box-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1513\" height=\"837\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/condition-box-2.png\" alt=\"condition box in WooCommerce bulk coupons editing\" class=\"wp-image-1602\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Selection Box<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As illustrated below, to select items in the \u201c<strong>Selection box\u201d<\/strong>, you need to type a letter. By typing a letter, a list of items contains that letter will appear and you can choose as many items as you need to be added to the \u201c<strong>Selection box\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/selection-box.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1513\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/selection-box.png\" alt=\"selection box\" class=\"wp-image-1603\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to trace the plugin filtered coupons based on \u201c<strong>Coupon items<\/strong>\u201d correctly, we recommend you to add \u201c<strong>Coupon items<\/strong>\u201d to the coupon table via \u201c<strong>Column Profiles<\/strong>\u201d form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/add-columns.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1508\" height=\"838\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/add-columns.png\" alt=\"add custom column\" class=\"wp-image-1604\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now let\u2019s make some examples, to better understand how easy is filtering coupons based on coupon items in our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Example 1: Filter coupon items based on assigned products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, consider that we want to filter those coupons assigned to the one of the below products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wordpress Pennant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logo collection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Album<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is simply possible by following below instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to \u201c<strong>Usage Restriction\u201d<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>OR<\/strong>&#8221; from the condition box of include products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>a<\/strong>&#8221; in the \u201c<strong>Selection box\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select above mentioned products from the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press \u201c<strong>Get coupons<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/include-products.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1514\" height=\"838\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/include-products.png\" alt=\"Filter coupon items based on assigned products\" class=\"wp-image-1605\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s it. All coupons have been filtered successfully.
