So, you can easily open this form by clicking on the \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d icon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/filter-form.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1701\" height=\"728\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/filter-form.png\" alt=\"filter form\" class=\"wp-image-1676\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/filter-form.png 1701w, https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/filter-form-1536x657.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1701px) 100vw, 1701px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As you know, there are a lot of fields which can be assigned to a coupon issued in WooCommerce and applied to some products.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make finding those fields easier in the \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d, we divided this form into four categories including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User restriction&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom Fields&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A group of some related fields have been listed in each category which we are going to describe in the next part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General tab<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As the name of this category revealed, some general fields related to the coupons are provided here, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coupon ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupon code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modified date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>STATUS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discount Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupon Amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow free shipping&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expiry Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/general-tab-of-filter-form.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1514\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/general-tab-of-filter-form.png\" alt=\"general tab\" class=\"wp-image-1677\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It is obvious that filtering coupons regarding each field can not be done in the same way. Because of that we designed different types of boxes to make filtering coupons in our plugin more convenient for store managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s review these different types together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter coupons by setting conditions for some values<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are some fields in the \u201c<strong>General<\/strong>\u201d tab that you can set some conditions for the values related to them to filter custom coupons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In front of these fields such as \u201c<strong>Coupon ID<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>Coupon code<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Description<\/strong>\u201d, two boxes are designed which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Condition box&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Text box&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>\u201cCondition box\u201d<\/strong>, below items listed for you to specify the condition must be applied to the value entered in the <strong>\u201cText box\u201d<\/strong> for filtering your preferred coupons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Like<\/strong>: those data that some part of them is like the value in the \u201c<strong>Text box<\/strong>\u201d will be filtered&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exact<\/strong>: those data are exactly same as the value in the \u201c<strong>Text box<\/strong>\u201d will be filtered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not<\/strong>: those data are not included the value in the \u201c<strong>Text box<\/strong>\u201d will be filtered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Begin<\/strong>: those data begin with the value in the \u201c<strong>Text box<\/strong>\u201d will be filtered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End<\/strong>: those data end with the value in the \u201c<strong>Text box<\/strong>\u201d will be filtered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a \u201c<strong>Friday<\/strong>\u201d by following below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>End<\/strong>\u201d from the \u201c<strong>Condition box<\/strong>\u201d in front of \u201c<strong>Description<\/strong>\u201d field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>Friday<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201c<strong>Text box<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Get Coupons<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a a date such as \u201c<strong>Issued, Expiry or modified Date<\/strong>\u201d, we designed a <strong>Calendar<\/strong> in our plugin to make picking a date even easier for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure fields that we have listed some items in a combo box in front of them to enable you to select one of them for filtering the custom coupons quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These fields provided in the \u201c<strong>General<\/strong>\u201d tab are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Status<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the combo box in front of \u201c<strong>Status<\/strong>\u201d field, you can choose one of the below items to filter your coupons accordingly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Draft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pending review&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Published&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a shipping<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-coupons-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/04\/allow-free-shipping.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1513\" class=\"wp-image-1684\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In some fields such as this one, you just need to choose \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>No<\/strong>\u201d from the dropdown list to filter the coupons according to your requirements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter coupons according to an amount<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In those fields that you need to enter an amount or number as a value such as \u201c<strong>Coupon Amount<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201c<strong>General<\/strong>\u201d tab of \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d, we designed two \u201c<strong>Text boxes<\/strong>\u201d in front of each field. As we mentioned in \u201c<strong>Filter coupons according to an amount<\/strong>\u201d you can set a minimum and maximum value to filter your required coupons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Individual use only \/ Exclude sale items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>No<\/strong>\u201d from the combo box of these fields to filter the coupons that meet your requirements or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a Exclude products\/ Include Categories \/ Exclude Categories&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These fields are helpful when you need to filter coupons applied to some products or categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The good news about our plugin is that when you add some products or categories to WooCommerce, they will be automatically added to our plugin, so you can filter coupons according to them easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make it even easier for you, we have provided a \u201c<strong>Condition box<\/strong>\u201d including below items to enable you filter coupons issued for the selected products in the \u201cSelection box\u201d, quickly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>OR: <\/strong>The coupons issued for each one of the selected \u201c<strong>Products\/Categories<\/strong>\u201d will be filtered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>And:<\/strong> The coupons issued for all selected \u201c<strong>Products\/Categories<\/strong>\u201d will be filtered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not In:<\/strong> The coupons issued for the \u201c<strong>Products\/Categories<\/strong>\u201d which are not in the <strong>\u201cSelection box\u201d<\/strong> will be filtered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a not in the \u201c<strong>Accessories<\/strong>\u201d Category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this we need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>OR<\/strong>\u201d from the coupon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This field defines how many times a coupon can be used before it is void.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limit usage to x item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This field determines the maximum number of individual items (products) that a coupon can apply to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usage limit per user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This field determines how many times a user is allowed to use a coupon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown below, to filter coupons regarding these fields you can easily set a range
