When you save the \u201cfilter profiles<\/strong>\u201d that you may need frequently from the \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d. It is possible to load any of them from the \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d list, designed in our plugin just by one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make it clear for you, let\u2019s try to Save \/ load filter profiles in the following example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save filter profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nAs we described in \u201c How to filter coupon on WooCommerce bulk coupons editing?<\/a>\u201d, you can simply use different fields provided in the \u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong> to filter those coupons needed to be bulk edited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have access to the \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d by clicking on the \u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong> button at the main page of our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To save \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose the items you preferred in the \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Type a name for your \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d in the box next to \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
For example, we tried to filter those coupons applied to \u201cAccessories\u201d <\/strong>and \u201cHoodies<\/strong>\u201d categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then we saved this Filter Option by typing \u201cCategories<\/strong>” in the text box and clicking on \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, consider that we opened the plugin again and we need to have access to those filtered coupons again. As we saved that \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d before, we are simply able to load those coupons just by one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Load filter profile <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
we designed a \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page. It’s to help you easily load \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d that you have saved before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By clicking on the \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d icon, a list of all saved profiles will be displayed as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this list, you can do the below actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose one of the \u201cFilter Profiles\u201d<\/strong> to always apply to the coupon table by selecting the \u201cUse Always<\/strong>\u201d option in front of that profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Load the \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d by clicking on the Load<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Remove the \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d by clicking on Delete<\/strong> button\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
For example, we mark \u201cUse Always<\/strong>\u201d in front of \u201cCategories Profile Name<\/strong>\u201d. The coupons will be filtered\u00a0 according to it every time you open the plugin,.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, let\u2019s try other options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, if we click on the “Load<\/strong>” button of \u201cCategories Filter Profile<\/strong>\u201d that we saved before, just those coupons applied to “Accessories<\/strong>” and “Hoodies<\/strong>” categories will be displayed in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To check if the plugin filtered those coupons correctly, you can add the \u201cProduct categories<\/strong>\u201d column to the table. Then observe the categories by clicking on the Categories<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As illustrated below, just those coupons applied to “Hoodies<\/strong>” and “Accessories<\/strong>” are filtered by loading \u201cCategories Filter Profile<\/strong>\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, if we press \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d icon again and Click on \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d button in front of \u201cCategories<\/strong>\u201d Filter Profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will permanently remove from the list. And you are not able to have access to it for filtering the coupons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note 1: <\/strong>\u201cAll<\/strong> Coupons Filter Profile<\/strong>\u201d has been added to the \u201cFilter profile<\/strong>\u201d by default. So you are not allowed to \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d it from the table. If you don\u2019t add any new \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d for loading the Coupons in the table, all coupons will be loaded anytime you open the plugin.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Note 2:<\/strong> There is no limitation for adding \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d to this list. So, you can add as many \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d as you need to the \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
