Save \/ load filter profile on WooCommerce bulk orders editing plugin<\/a> can help you to bulk edit the orders you need frequently, much faster. Continue reading to find out how you can save some filtering options in a profile and load it every time you need just by one click in our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save filter profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To save a \u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong>, you have to open \u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong> by navigating to the below address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
WordPress dashboard > Pro bulk bundle > Woo orders > Filter Form button\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and set some conditions to filter those orders you need, frequently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we described in \u201c How to filter order on WooCommerce bulk orders editing?<\/span><\/a>\u201d, we have divided all fields related to the orders into seven categories including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
General <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Billing <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Other fields <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Custom fields <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
You can use one or more fields in any tab to filter your order<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then, to save the profile you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type a name in the textbox next to \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Press \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d button <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
For example, in the below picture, we chose \u201cUS $<\/strong>\u201d as the \u201cOrder Currency<\/strong>\u201d and try to filter those orders that their \u201cCart Discount<\/strong>\u201d is in the range of \u201c$20 to $30<\/strong>\u201d. To save this \u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Typed \u201cCart Discount<\/strong>\u201d in the Textbox at the bottom right of \u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Clicked on \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
By performing this action, we are able to load this filter whenever need just by one click without any need to open \u201cFilter Form\u201d <\/strong>again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, let\u2019s try to save another \u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong> to better trace the options available for you in our plugin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to General<\/strong> tab in the \u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on the textbox next to Status<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose \u201cOn hold<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cCanceled<\/strong>\u201d from the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Type Status<\/strong> on the textbox next to \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Press \u201cSave Profile<\/strong>\u201d button\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n $\"Change$ <\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Load Filter profile <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Loading a \u201cFilter Profile\u201d, <\/strong>that you have saved before, is simply possible by pressing \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page of our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As shown below, by pressing this button, as many \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d as you saved before, will be displayed in a list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this list, you are able to do one of the below actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Use Always<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
By assigning this option to one of the \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d, every time you open the WooCommerce bulk orders editing plugin, the orders will be filtered according to the conditions of that \u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, we marked \u201cUse Always<\/strong>\u201d of Status<\/strong> profile as illustrated below, so, when we open the plugin next time, this filtering condition will be applied to our order table and just those orders with \u201con hold<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cCanceled<\/strong>\u201d status will be displayed in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Load profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
By clicking on the Load button in front of each \u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong>, all orders will be filtered according to the set conditions and display in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, we pressed the \u201cload<\/strong>\u201d button of Status<\/strong> profile, so, the orders were filtered as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delete profile <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
To remove those \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d that you don\u2019t need anymore, you can just simply click on the \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d button in front of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, we clicked on \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d button of \u201cCart Discount Filter Profile<\/strong>\u201d, so, as it is illustrated below, this \u201cFilter Profile\u201d <\/strong>is removed from the \u201cFilter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: \u201cAll orders Filter profile<\/strong>\u201d is the default profile of our plugin, so you can not delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
