To save this <strong>\u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/03\/Filter-Form-.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1501\" height=\"557\" Form\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clicked on \u201c<strong>Save Profile<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By performing this action, we are able to load this filter whenever need just by one click without any need to open <strong>\u201cFilter Form\u201d <\/strong>again.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, let\u2019s try to save another <strong>\u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong> to better trace the options available for you in our plugin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>General<\/strong> tab in the <strong>\u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the textbox next to <strong>Status<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>On hold<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Canceled<\/strong>\u201d from the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type <strong>Status<\/strong> on the textbox next to \u201c<strong>Save Profile<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press profile&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Loading a <strong>\u201cFilter Profile\u201d, <\/strong>that you have saved before, is simply possible by pressing \u201c<strong>Filter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page of our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown below, by pressing this button, as many \u201c<strong>Filter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d as you saved before, will be displayed in a list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-image-1648\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this list, you are able to do one of the below actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Use Always<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By assigning this option to one of the \u201c<strong>Filter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d, every time you open the WooCommerce bulk orders editing plugin, the orders will be filtered according to the conditions of that <strong>\u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we marked \u201c<strong>Use Always<\/strong>\u201d of <strong>Status<\/strong> profile as illustrated below, so, when we open the plugin next time, this filtering condition will be applied to our order table and just those orders with \u201c<strong>on hold<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Canceled<\/strong>\u201d status will be displayed in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a loading order table\" class=\"wp-image-1641\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Load profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on the Load button in front of each <strong>\u201cFilter Profile\u201d<\/strong>, all orders will be filtered according to the set conditions and display in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we pressed the \u201c<strong>load<\/strong>\u201d button of <strong>Status<\/strong> profile, so, the orders were filtered as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delete profile&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To remove those \u201c<strong>Filter Profiles<\/strong>\u201d that you don\u2019t need anymore, you can just simply click on the \u201c<strong>Delete<\/strong>\u201d button in front of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we clicked on \u201c<strong>Delete<\/strong>\u201d button of \u201c<strong>Cart Discount Filter Profile<\/strong>\u201d, so, as it is illustrated below, this <strong>\u201cFilter Profile\u201d <\/strong>is removed from the \u201c<strong>Filter
