target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WooCommerce bulk orders editing plugin<\/a> is simply possible via \u201c<strong>Column profile<\/strong>\u201d form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To open this form, you need to press the \u201c<strong>Column profiles<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page of our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201c<strong>Column profile<\/strong>\u201d form, you have access to all order columns so you can manage them easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide the below options in the Column Profile form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Choose preset in column manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this part, we provided a list of all \u201c<strong>Column profile<\/strong>\u201d that you have already saved from the \u201c<strong>Column Manager<\/strong>\u201d tab or in this form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Column-profile-1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1493\" editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1757\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By opening the combo box in front of \u201c<strong>Choose Preset<\/strong>\u201d option, you can see some default column profiles including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Billing Fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-image-1761\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Select All\/ Unselect\u00a0the order columns for managing columns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By marking \u201c<strong>Select All<\/strong>\u201d checkbox, all columns in the \u201c<strong>Column profile<\/strong>\u201d form will be selected and you see all of them in the order table by clicking on \u201c<strong>Apply to table<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-image-1762\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can reverse this action by unmarking the <strong>Unselect<\/strong> checkbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Managing order Columns in separate categories<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To make finding and selecting your columns, we have divided all order columns into 6 categories including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other fields&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Under each category, you can find the related fields and mark as many columns as you need to manage order columns displayed on the table by clicking on \u201c<strong>Apply to table<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Save selected columns as new preset in column manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Save as a new preset<\/strong>\u201d is a useful option to help quickly save and load those columns that you need to see on the table frequently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage order columns by using this option, you need to follow below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mark those columns you need&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>save changes<\/strong>\u201d at the bottom of the form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Save as new preset\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Save-as-new-preset.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1494\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Save-as-new-preset.png\" alt=\"Save as new preset for chosen column to reuse after\" class=\"wp-image-1763\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as clicking on the option, the plugin will create a new preset automatically and assign a name to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, as shown below the \u201c<strong>preset 415<\/strong>\u201d was made by the plugin after we marked Order Items and clicked on \u201c<strong>Save as New Preset<\/strong>\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-image-1764\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage order columns in this preset, you can add or remove any columns and click on \u201c<strong>Update selected preset<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Find desire orders fields via the search box<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have also provided a search box at the bottom of the \u201c<strong>Column profile<\/strong>\u201d form to help you easily find those columns you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we typed <strong>Date<\/strong> in the search box and the plugin filtered all columns related to date for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
