So, as you can see below, reverting the data was done by our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Undo-button.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1701\" height=\"678\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Undo-button.png\" alt=\"use the \u201cUndo\u201d button on the top of the screen for rollback to previous data\" class=\"wp-image-1712\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Undo-button.png 1701w, https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Undo-button-1536x612.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1701px) 100vw, 1701px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also possible to reverse this process by pressing the <strong>Redo <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Example 2: RollBack to the previous data on a specific date by History&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our plugin includes the <strong>History<\/strong> tab to help you find the changes made in a period of time and revert them if needed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>History<\/strong> tab is one of the pages you can open by pressing <strong>History<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By opening this tab, you can see two sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filter Form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of your changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s up to you if you want to search and find the changes made on the orders value at first or you just want to revert the data from the history list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s take a closer look at both options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter Form<\/strong> in rollback section<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d, we have provided the below options to let you search and find the previous data to roll back to them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Operation<\/strong>: You can filter changes made by \u201c<strong>Bulk Operation\u201d<\/strong> or \u201c<strong>Inline Operation<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Author<\/strong>: You can select the <strong>Author<\/strong> and search among the changes made by him \/ her<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fields<\/strong>: You can type the name of a field and ask the plugin to filter changes made on its data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>: You can set a period of time to make the plugin filter the changes on the order data in that duration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Filter-Form.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1494\" height=\"448\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Filter-Form.png\" alt=\"Roll Back to the previous data in a specific date by History in WooCommerce bulk orders editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1713\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we need to roll back the changes made on the <strong>Date<\/strong> field from <strong>2022\/03\/14 to 18<\/strong>. So, at first, we need to filter these changes by following below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Bulk Operation<\/strong>\u201d from the \u201c<strong>Operation field<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type <strong>Date<\/strong> in the \u201c<strong>Fields\u201d<\/strong> Textbox&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Bulk-Operation.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1494\" height=\"449\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/Bulk-Operation.png\" alt=\"restore latest changes in bulk edit\" class=\"wp-image-1714\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose the date by using inbuilt <strong>calendar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Apply Filters<\/strong> \u201c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/calendar.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1493\" height=\"792\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/calendar.png\" alt=\"find the specific changes and rollback them\" class=\"wp-image-1715\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as Clicking on \u201c<strong>Apply Filters\u201d,<\/strong> the list of changes made on the Status in that period of time was listed in the \u201c<strong>History<\/strong> <strong>Columns\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In front of each column, two options are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revert<\/strong>: to let you roll back to that previous data and revert the changes made on that date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong>: To delete that history to make it impossible rolling back to that data in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/History-Columns.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1495\" height=\"794\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-orders-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/04\/History-Columns.png\" alt=\"find previous changes and rollback in WooCommerce bulk orders editing\" class=\"wp-image-1716\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extra options&nbsp;about rollback the previous data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s worth mentioning that by filtering the data, two extra buttons will be displayed on the \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d at the top of the page which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reset filter<\/strong>: by pressing this option, you can start filtering again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clear History<\/strong>: If you press this button, our plugin removes all data you have filtered from the History list and you have no access to them in the future to roll back to those previous data.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To Rollback to the previous data, you have two options in the WooCommerce bulk orders editing plugin: In this tutorial, we are going to share with you some useful examples to completely understand.
