Change multi WooCommerce order payment method in WooCommerce bulk order editing plugin<\/a> could be easily done by using \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you just start to use our plugin to bulk edit some fields related to your orders, it\u2019s good to know we have provided a \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d to help you find and filter those orders you need to be bulk edited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, before starting to change order payment method in WooCommerce, you need to filter those orders by using the mentioned \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filter orders by payment method<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\nIn this tutorial, we just make an example to review how to use the \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d, however, you can refer to \u201cHow to filter WooCommerce order in WooCommerce bulk orders editing?<\/a>\u201d, if you need more help about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, consider that we need to bulk edit multi order payment of those orders received from \u201cAustralia<\/strong>\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To filter those orders, we followed below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d from the main page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
GO to \u201cBilling<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Open the combo box in front of \u201cBilling Country<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose \u201cItaly<\/strong>\u201d from the default list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on \u201cGet Orders<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n $\"filter$ <\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Now, we filtered those orders that their order payments must be edited. So, let\u2019s do it in the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Change multi WooCommerce order payment method<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To change multi WooCommerce order payment method after filtering the custom orders, you just need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d button on the main page of our plugin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Go to \u201cOther Fields<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Open the \u201cCombo Box<\/strong>\u201d in front of \u201cPayment method<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose one of the options you prefer among \u201cCash on delivery<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cOther<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on \u201cDo Bulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d button at the bottom of the \u201cBulk Edit Form<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n $\"Payment$ <\/a>

Confirm this action by clicking on \u201cYes, I\u2019m sure<\/strong>\u201d in the appeared pop-up page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
The changes you have made are applied to your filtered orders. However, to ensure that the plugin has done its task perfectly, we recommend you to add the \u201cOrder Payment Method<\/strong>\u201d column to your order table by using \u201cColumn Profile<\/strong>\u201d Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add columns to the order table<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To add Payment Method column to your order table, you just need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the \u201cColumn Profile<\/strong>\u201d button on the main page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mark \u201cPayment Method<\/strong>\u201d under Other Fields tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n

As you can see in the below picture, the options you have chosen in the \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d form are displayed in front of the selected orders as we expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change Multi Order Payment Method at the same time by Bind Edit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Bind Edit is another way for changing the multi order payment method in our plugin. This method is only available after adding the columns that you want to bulk edit their values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we have added \u201cPayment Method<\/strong>\u201d column in the previous step, it is possible to use Bind Edit as follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark the check box next to orders that must be bulk edited<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mark \u201cBind Edit<\/strong>\u201d designed at the top of the order table<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
