To filter orders, you need to use our \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d and set the conditions of any field relevant to the orders in that form as we fully described in \u201cHow to filter order on WooCommerce bulk orders editing plugin?<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can easily use the following steps to filter those orders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Open \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d from the main page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Go to \u201cOther Fields<\/strong>\u201d tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Choose \u201cCash on delivery<\/strong>” from the list of \u201cPayment Method<\/strong>\u201d field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on \u201cGet Orders<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Now, you have filtered the preferred orders successfully, it\u2019s time to bulk edit their status using bulk edit form and following below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Open \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d form by clicking on \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Go to \u201cGeneral<\/strong>\u201d tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Find \u201cStatus<\/strong>\u201d field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Open the combo box in front of it to see the below items\n

- Pending payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- On hold<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Canceled<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Refunded<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Failed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Trash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

To observe that the order status has been changed successfully for filtered orders, you need to add the \u201cStatus<\/strong>\u201d column to the order table as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Open \u201cColumns Profile<\/strong>\u201d form by clicking on that button in the main page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Mark \u201cStatus<\/strong>” under \u201cGeneral<\/strong>\u201d field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Press \u201cApply to Table<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it is more convenient for you to change some values of multi orders directly from the table. To help you perform this task quickly, we provided a \u201cBind Edit<\/strong>\u201d option in our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This option is available just for the values that are visible in the order table. So, if you want to change multi order status, for example, you have to add this column to the order table first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we added the \u201cStatus<\/strong>\u201d column in the previous step, it is possible to use the \u201cBind Edit<\/strong>” option for bulk editing this value. Let\u2019s try the following steps to see the result:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Mark those products that you want to change their \u201cStatus<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Mark \u201cBind Edit<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Open the combo box of \u201cStatus<\/strong>\u201d column related to one of the selected products\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Choose the item you prefer from the list, for example, \u201cOn Hold<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
