To change multi order customer notes in our plugin, you need to follow three simple steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add \u201cCustomer Note<\/strong>\u201d column to the table<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Filter your preferred orders by \u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong> or \u201cQuick Search\u201d <\/strong>box<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Use \u201cBulk Edit\u201d <\/strong>form or \u201cBind Edit\u201d<\/strong> option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
To better understand how to use these options in our plugin, let\u2019s try to change multi order customer notes in the following example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Add Customer Note column to the table<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To add \u201cCustomer Note\u201d <\/strong>column, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open \u201cColumn Profile\u201d<\/strong> form by pressing \u201cColumn Profile\u201d<\/strong> button at the main page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mark \u201cCustomer Note\u201d<\/strong> under General<\/strong> field in the form<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on \u201cApply to table\u201d<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

By adding this column, you can see the customer notes of all orders in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Filter orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
As we mentioned before, you can use either \u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong> or \u201cQuick Search\u201d<\/strong> box to filter those orders that need to be bulk edited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this tutorial, we want to change the customer note of those orders that their \u201cbilling first name<\/strong>\u201d is not \u201cCustomer 1<\/strong>\u201d. To do this, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open \u201cFilter form\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Go to “Billing<\/strong>” tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose \u201cNot\u201d<\/strong> from the Condition box of \u201cbilling first name<\/strong>\u201d Field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n $\"Filter$ <\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Type \u201cCustomer1<\/strong>” in the Textbox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201cGet orders<\/strong>” to see those orders in the table<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
As shown below, those orders were filtered and we can change multi order custom notes in the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Change multi order customer note<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Change multi order customer note by Bulk Edit\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Changing multi order customer Note by using \u201cBulk Edit\u201d<\/strong> form could simply done by following the below actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d form by pressing \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page of our plugin\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Go to General<\/strong> tab\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Type a new text in the text box of \u201cCustomer Note\u2019<\/strong> field. For example, we typed \u201cNew Order<\/strong>“<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on \u201cDo bulk edit\u201c<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n $\"Change$ <\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
As shown below, the customer note of all filtered orders was changed to \u201cNew Order<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change multi order customer note by Bind Edit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
By using the \u201cBind Edit<\/strong>\u201d option, you can easily assign any text to the selected orders directly from the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To change multi order customer note by \u201cBind Edit<\/strong>\u201d, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark checkbox of \u201cBind Edit<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mark check boxes next to the orders you want to be bulk edited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n $\"Mark$ <\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Click on one of the \u201cCustomer Note<\/strong>\u201d column cells of one of the selected orders in the table<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Type any text you want to be assigned to the orders. For example, we typed \u201cChange Order<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n $\"Type$ <\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
