Let\u2019s get started!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Open the filter form<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To filter products on WooCommerce bulk product editing, you have to go to the main page of our plugin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dashboard <\/strong>&gt; <strong>Pro Bulk Bundle<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Woo Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this page you can see the <strong>\u201cFilter Form\u201d<\/strong> icon in the toolbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/Filter-Form.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1701\" height=\"717\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/Filter-Form.png\" alt=\"select Filter Form in WooCommerce bulk product editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-2616\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/Filter-Form.png 1701w, https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/Filter-Form-1536x647.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1701px) 100vw, 1701px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on \u201c<strong>Filter Form<\/strong>\u201d a modal will appear as shown in the below picture:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As you can see, there are 7 different tabs in the filter form including:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Categories\/Tags\/Taxonomies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom Fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Every single data that you have already assigned for your products, can be filtered by using the various options in these tabs. To get more familiar with our plugin, we prepared a brief description about each section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition you can work with different parts of this plugin in live preview and discover more about it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter products according to the General data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the General tab of filter form you can filter the list of product according to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Product Content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Excerpt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Slug<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Product SKU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product URL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/24-filter-list-of-product.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"560\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/24-filter-list-of-product.jpg\" alt=\"filter product in Woocommerce bulk product editing plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1213\" style=\"width:1024px\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To make it easy for you, to select exactly your preferred products, different conditions are available in to be chosen from the drop down list next to each title, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exact: <\/strong>the value you enter should match exactly with that data related to the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Like: <\/strong>The value you enter is included in the data related to the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not:<\/strong> The value you enter is not included in the data related to the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Begin:<\/strong> The data related to the product begins with the value you entered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End:<\/strong> The data related to the product is ended with the value you entered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if you want to filter the \u201cshoes\u201d from the list of your products and you already know that this word is exactly included in the product title, you can easily select the \u201c<strong>Exact<\/strong>\u201d from the dropdown list next to the Product title and type \u201cShoes\u201d in the front box.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/24-product-title.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/24-product-title.jpg\" alt=\"filter products by woocommerce bulk edit plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1216\" style=\"width:1200px\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, a list of products with \u201cShoes\u201d in their titles are filtered and you can bulk edit any data or value related to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this page, the \u2018<strong>Product Date\u2019<\/strong> is different from others. This option has been included in the form to let you filter the products that are added to your product list in a special time. For example, you can filter products that their titles include exactly the word of \u201cShoes\u201d which have been added to the list of products from Aug.2020 to Sep.2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/24-Product-Date.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"566\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/24-Product-Date.jpg\" alt=\"filter by Product Date in woocomemrce bulk edit plugin\" class=\"wp-image-1218\" style=\"width:1200px\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A calendar has been designed for you to select your preferred date, easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter products according to their Categories\/Tags\/Taxonomies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this section, you can filter your products according to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Categories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom taxonomy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Attributes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/Filter-products-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1504\" height=\"837\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/Filter-products-1.png\" alt=\"Filter products according to their Categories\/Tags\/Taxonomies\" class=\"wp-image-2617\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You have full access to all data related to your products by clicking on select box. After clicking you can see a list of values which are already assigned to your products and you can choose one or more of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of different values you are able to filter in this section including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Various kinds of Taxonomy or custom taxonomy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use this option to filter any kind of taxonomy assigned to your products such as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Types<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use any plugin to assign custom taxonomy to your products, all options are available here to make it possible for the store manager to select and filter products according to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Different kinds of Attributes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also possible in this section to filter the products regarding their attributes such as color, size, etc. that you have already assigned to each product. There is no limit for selecting the attributes and making a preferred list according to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/filter-products-with-attributes.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1504\" height=\"838\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/filter-products-with-attributes.png\" alt=\"filter products by variation in WooCommerce bulk edit plugin\" class=\"wp-image-2618\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Then you are able to make some conditions to specify how to filter the products according to these values. We consider 3 conditions as OR, AND, NOT IN, for each section as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/filter-products-with-values.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1506\" height=\"838\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/filter-products-with-values.png\" alt=\"Select OR, AND and NOT IN operator in filter form\" class=\"wp-image-2619\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To make it completely clear, we describe using these features in the below example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider you want to select the products which are under \u201cClass A\u201d and \u201cBrand B\u201d taxonomy and they are available in \u201cRed\u201d or \u201cGreen\u201d color as their attributes and their size is not \u201cXL\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filtering products according to these priorities are so simple as follow:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At first in the select box next to \u201c<strong>categories<\/strong>\u201d you can select \u201cClass A\u201d. Then, by choosing consideration \u201cand\u201d from the left dropdown list you are able to add \u201cBrand B\u201dto the select box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the next step, you can choose \u201cRed\u201d in the select box in front of \u201cColor\u201d. By choosing \u201cOR\u201d from the condition list at the left you are able to add another color \u201cGreen\u201d to this filter box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end, you can choose \u201cNOT IN\u201d from the condition box in front of \u201cSize\u201d and enter \u201cXL\u201d in the select box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on \u201c<strong>Get Products<\/strong>\u201d you can see the list of products which is filtered exactly according to your requirements and now you are able to Bulk edit any features of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter products according to their pricing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To filter products according to their pricing, you are able to choose a range for \u2018<strong>Regular Price<\/strong>\u2019 or \u2018<strong>Sale price<\/strong>\u2019 and get a list of products according to their price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also possible to consider a special date to limit your sale price filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/pricing-tab.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1504\" height=\"510\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/pricing-tab.jpg\" alt=\"choose a range for \u2018Regular Price\u2019 or \u2018Sale price\u2019\" class=\"wp-image-2620\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter products according to their shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes you need to filter products according to their shipping features. We considered this requirement in our plugin and designed a special tab to enable you filter your list of products according to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Width<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Height<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Length<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/shipping-tab.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1519\" height=\"459\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/shipping-tab.jpg\" alt=\"Filter products by shipping details\" class=\"wp-image-2621\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter products according to their stock<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u2018<strong>Stock tab<\/strong>\u2019, you are able to filter your products by choosing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manage stock:<\/strong> Select Yes or No from the dropdown list to select products that have not in stock or in stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stock Quantity:<\/strong> Enter a range from one quantity to another quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stock Status:<\/strong> Select one of the options including \u201cIn Stock\u201d, \u201cOut of Stock\u201d and \u201cOn Backorder\u201d from the dropdown list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Backorders:<\/strong> One of the below Options according to your requirements:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not Allow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow, but notify customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure options are available in this field to help you filter the products according to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Product type: <\/strong>You can choose from the dropdown list one of the below options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simple product,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grouped product,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External\/Affiliate product\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Variable Product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product status:<\/strong> In this field 4 different options are available for filtering the products:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Draft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pending Review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Published<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Featured:<\/strong> You can select if you want to filter Featured or Not Featured Products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Downloadable:<\/strong> By selecting Yes or No, your preferred products will be filtered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sold Individually:<\/strong> Yes or No Option is considered for this field to help you filter your products.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>By Author:<\/strong> In this field you can select the products that have already been imported to the products of WooCommerce by one of the Authors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Catalogue Visibility and Menu Order are other options that you can filter your products according to them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a you specify how to filter products in the different options available in the filter form, you can enter a name for this filtering and click on \u2018<strong>Save Profile<\/strong>\u2019 to use this filter later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on the \u201c<strong>Get products<\/strong>\u201d button, a new list with your preferred selection will be displayed and you are able to Bulk edit any feature of them.If you want to start filtering again, click on \u2018<strong>Reset Filters<\/strong>\u2019 and change anything you want from the
