Inline edit of product price with product price calculator is one of the main tasks of store managers, as they have to keep the prices of products up to date according to the different situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help store managers to manage and control the WooCommerce product prices, we have designed a WooCommerce price calculator in the plugin which is available in the price columns in the product table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you know how to use our calculator to change the price of your products, inline editing of product price would be an easy and quick task for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make sure that you can use our plugin calculator for bulk price calculator, we are going to make it clear by some examples in the following steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1- Filter the products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are three ways for filtering products in our plugin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Using filter form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Using search box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- Mark the checkbox next to the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we completely described these features of our plugin in other tutorials, we skip explaining this part in detail and abstract it by making the below example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this tutorial we need to change the price of downloadable products. So, as you can see in the below picture, we select \u201cYes<\/strong>\u201d from the combo box of \u201cDownloadable<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201cType<\/strong>\u201d tab of Filter form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then to better track the changed we are going to made by inline editing of product prices, it sounds great to load price columns from “Columns Profiles<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By clicking on \u201cApply to Table<\/strong>\u201d, you can see our product table including \u201cDownloadable<\/strong>\u201d products with prices column in the product table as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2- Inline edit of product price<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Inline edit of product price is easily possible in three ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Clicking on each column displaying the prices and typing any number you need<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Using Up\/Down button in each cell to Increase\/Decrease the price<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inline edit of product price by using the calculator of our plugin is really amazing. Stay with us to help you using this option effectively in our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After clicking on the calculator icon, a pop-up page will appear and you can use the designed calculator to inline edit product price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see, this calculator has 4 fields including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Operator Box:<\/strong> You can select +, -, RP- (based on Regular Price displayed only for editing sale price), SP+ (based on sale price displayed only for editing regular price).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Now let\u2019s see how we can inline edit the prices of our filtered product by using this calculator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Increasing the sale price using price calculator<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        We want to increase the sale price of \u201cWooCommerce plugin\u201d product by 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        As you can see in the below picture, the existing sale price of this product is 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To increase this price by 7, we selected + from the operator box, then typed \u201c7\u201d in the textbox and chose \u201cn\u201d from the type of the number and finally we set the calculator to round our calculated number by .99.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        So we expect that the final price displayed as 0.99 according to the below calculation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Current Sale Price (10) + the entered number (7) = 17 rounded by 0.99=17.99<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        By clicking on applying changes, you can see the result:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Decreasing the sale price based on regular price<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        To decrease the sale price of \u201cWoocommerce\u201d product by 2 based on product price, we selected \u201crp-\u201c from the calculator operator box and typed \u201c2\u201d in the text box. Then we chose \u201cn\u201d as the \u201cNumber\u201d without any rounding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Now, let\u2019s look at another example of decreasing the sale price of \u201cWoocommerce\u201d product by 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Again, we clicked on \u201cCalculator<\/strong>\u201d Icon on the sale price cell of \u201cWoocommerce\u201d in the product table and set the conditions as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Textbox: 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Type: n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Round:5<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Current sale Price (13) \u2013 our entered number (3)= 10 (Round by 0.05)=10.10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        By clicking on \u201cApply Changes<\/strong>\u201d, The magic has happened and you can see the correct result below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Increasing Regular Price based on Sale Price<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Now, consider that the regular price of \u201cWoocommerce\u201d product must be 20% more than sale price which means at the end the regular price must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Current Sale Price (10.10) + (Current Sale Price (10.10)*20%) = 10.10 + 10.10*20\/100 = 18.10 (Rounded by 0.10) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To make our plugin calculate this price for you, you can easily follow below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Click on the \u201cCalculator\u201d icon in the regular price column of \u201cWoocommerce\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Choose \u201cSP+\u201d from operator box<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Enter \u201c20\u201d in the text box<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Select \u201c%\u201d from value type box<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        – Choose \u201c10\u201d as rounding condition<\/p>\n\n\n\n
