to bulk edit WooCommerce product stock settings at the same time?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To bulk edit WooCommerce product stock settings of your products at the same time you need to install and use <a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/plugins\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Woocommerce bulk product plugin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although bulk editing WooCommerce stock settings by our plugin is really easy, however we provide you a tutorial to make it even easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To better monitor the changes we are going to make on WooCommerce product stock settings in this plugin, we recommend you to add the columns related to the stock settings to your product table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we described before, \u201cadding new columns to the product table\u201d is possible via \u201c<strong>Column Profiles\u201d<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on the \u201c<strong>Column Profiles<\/strong>\u201d button in the main page, you have full access to the product fields including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage Stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow backorders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-product-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/04\/product-fields.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1506\" you are able to change multi product stock settings at the same time by opening the \u201c<strong>Stock<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201c<strong>Stock<\/strong>\u201d tab you can bulk edit WooCommerce stock settings according to your requirements by making changes in those fields that we have already added to our product table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manage WooCommerce stock<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown below, to bulk edit \u201c<strong>Manage Stock<\/strong>\u201d you have to select \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>No<\/strong>\u201d from the drop down list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-image-2671\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bulk edit stock status of multi products <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201c<strong>Stock Status<\/strong>\u201d field, we provide you three different options in a combo box including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Out of stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On backorder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So, you can choose one of the WooCommerce stock status that suit your products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a WooCommerce products, you can choose one of the below actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Set New:<\/strong> All current stock quantities will be replaced by the value you enter in the text box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear Value:<\/strong> All current stock quantities will be removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formula: <\/strong>All current stock quantities (X) will be changed according to the formula you entered in the textbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increase \/ Decrease by value:<\/strong> All current stock quantities will be decreased \/ increase by the value you enter in the text box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increase \/ Decrease by %: <\/strong>All current stock quantities will be decreased \/ increase by the value% you enter in the text box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>We explained completely using all of these options in \u201cHow to bulk edit sale price of products in Woocommerce bulk product editing plugin\u201d.
