Here you can find how this plugin makes transferring data between two sites fast and simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-export-some-variable-product-data-from-one-site-and-import-it-to-another-site\">Export some variable product data from one site and import it to another site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To export some product data, first, you need to filter them in our plugin, then you can use a very user-friendly form to export them as a CSV file, then import the file as quickly as possible to the new site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, suppose that you want to transfer the data related to the products which are not <strong>Grey<\/strong>, <strong>Yellow,<\/strong> and also <strong>Small<\/strong> from your old website to a new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s see how you can do this with our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-filter-variable-products-to-export-their-data\">Filter variable products to export their data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first step, you need to filter products as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>filter form<\/strong> by pressing the <strong>filter icon<\/strong> (1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the <strong>Categories\/Tags\/ Taxonomies<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u201c<strong>Not in\u201d<\/strong> from the condition box then <strong>Grey<\/strong> and <strong>Yellow<\/strong> from the drop-down list of <strong>Product Colors<\/strong> (2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>Not in<\/strong>\u201d from the condition box and <strong>Small<\/strong> from the combo box of <strong>Product Size<\/strong> (3).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Get Products<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-variation-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/06\/13-01-filter-products-by-color-size.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1161\" height=\"855\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-variation-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/06\/13-01-filter-products-by-color-size.png\" alt=\"filter products by color and size\" class=\"wp-image-2596\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-select-filtered-products-in-the-table\">Select filtered products in the table<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the next step, you have to mark some or all of the filtered products in the table. Then click on the <strong>Import\/ Export<\/strong> icon (2) to see a new form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-variation-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/06\/13-03select-products-and-click-import-export-icon.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1423\" height=\"505\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-variation-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/06\/13-03select-products-and-click-import-export-icon.png\" alt=\"select products and click import export icon\" class=\"wp-image-2593\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-export-variable-product-data-from-the-old-website\">Export variable product data from the old website&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To export data, you can choose one of the below options:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For products&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products on table<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only selected products&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only visible fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As you need to transfer all data of the filtered products to a new site, choose <strong>All products in table and all fields.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, click on <strong>Export Now<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-variation-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/06\/12-05-import-export-form.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1177\" height=\"431\" src=\"https:\/\/ithemelandco.com\/docs\/woocommerce-bulk-variation-editing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/06\/12-05-import-export-form.png\" alt=\"Import export form in WooCommerce variation bulk edit plugin\" class=\"wp-image-2594\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note 1:<\/strong> If you want to export data of some products you need to mark them in the table and then choose <strong>Only Selected products<\/strong> in this form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note 2:<\/strong> if you need to export some specific data from your products, first you need to add the columns related to those data to the table by using the <strong>column manager<\/strong> form.
