bulk edit product description is simply possible by bulk editing description or short description in the bulk form of VBULKiT – Bulk Edit WooCommerce Variations – plugin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this tutorial, we want to show you how to bulk edit product short description and description in WooCommerce at the same time by making an example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to show the customers that all of our published products are on sale by adding \u201cOff\u201d to their short description and also we want to add their \u201cID\u201d at the end of each description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this, we filtered published product from the filter form as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then we set a new preset named \u201cProduct Description<\/strong>\u201d by adding “Description<\/strong>” and “Short Description<\/strong>” to be display in the product table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By selecting this column profile, the product table including description and short description is displayed at the main page. You are able to change the content of each product by clicking On \u201cContent<\/strong>\u201d button appeared in each column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can see the description of the first product in the below picture and you can refer to it later to see how it will be changed after doing bulk edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bulk edit multi product description\/short description<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To bulk edit multi product description we filtered before, you need to select desired products and then click on \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page and open the bulk edit form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the \u201cGeneral Tab<\/strong>\u201d of this form, both \u201cDescription<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cShort Description<\/strong>\u201d are available to be bulk edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
