<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\nBefore going to make some example about these options, it is very important to know that you can change multi post categories at the same time in our plugin in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Using \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d Form <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Using inline edit option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Both methods are absolutely straightforward and you may feel satisfied after getting familiar with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is also important to filter custom posts you want to change their categories by one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Using \u201cFilter Form<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Loading \u201cFilter Profile<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Using \u201cQuick Search<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
In this tutorial we are going to bulk edit categories for some posts that have \u201cnew” in their titles. So, we simply used \u201cQuick Search<\/strong>\u201d box and filter those posts as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Click on \u201cBulk Edit<\/strong>\u201d button in the main page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Condition box <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nIn the condition Box you have access to the options mentioned above including \u201cAppend<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cReplace<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Select box <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nAll categories that you added to WordPress are listed here and you can choose to apply action on any of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now let\u2019s see some examples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Append or add categories to custom post type <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nIf you need to add some categories for bulk editing custom post type category, append option is applicable .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, after choosing \u201cAppend<\/strong>\u201d from the condition box, you can select as many categories as you need to be added to the filtered posts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As you can see below we tried to add \u201cTech<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cTravel<\/strong>\u201d to our custom posts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
