Inline edit post full description \/ short description is a feature in WPBULKiT – Bulk Edit WordPress Posts \/ Pages Plugin<\/a>. It enables you to edit the content of any post displayed in the post table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can Inline edit post full description \/ short description in three easy and quick steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Add description and short description columns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As we described before, adding new columns could be easily done by using the \u201cColumn Profile<\/strong>\u201d form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To have access to this form, you need to click on the \u201cColumn Profile<\/strong>\u201d button at the main page of our plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, you are able to mark \u201cDescription<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cShort Description<\/strong>\u201d columns and add them to the post table by clicking on \u201cApply to Table<\/strong>\u201d: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After adding description and short description columns, the content button will be appear in front of each post:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Inline edit description directly in the post table <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To inline edit description \/ short description of any post or custom post, you just need to click on its \u201cContent<\/strong>\u201d button in the post table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, we clicked on \u201cContent<\/strong>\u201d button of description column related to post no.1300 to edit its content in the new pop-up appeared on the screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see, the whole content written for that post is available here to be edited. In this new pop-up, you have access to WordPress wysiwyg editor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, we added a new text to our content and clicked on \u201cApply Changes<\/strong>\u201d to assign this change to the post description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
