The plugin worked as advertised, and my minor hiccup was resolved quickly and easily.
What a shame to have a good product but generate a negative customer experience by not being able to issue an invoice correctly: I asked for it to be invoiced for the amount paid (tax included) or for the tax amount to be refunded. I never received a response. Today I found out from my accountant that the invoice they gave me does not even have a correct date.
