How to Export Reports for Further Analysis?

Exporting your product data to CSV or Excel is a powerful way to perform deep analysis, create backups, and share information with your team using familiar tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. With the REPORTiT – Advanced Reporting for WooCommerce plugin, this process is straightforward.

You can export the report data for further analysis by following the steps below:

  1. Choose one of the reports from the menu.
  2. Set the Date Range using the built-in calendar or preset period, then wait for the plugin to generate the report.
  3. Click on the Download button at the top of the table.
  4. Select your desired output format, either CSV or Excel

You can then open this file in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet application for further analysis.

The data in the exported file includes Product name, SKU, Category, Brand, Status, Stock, Quantity, Net Sold, Discounts, Net Sales, and Refund data.

It is also possible to export detailed product data to CSV, open the file in excel, then batch-edit the information in the spreadsheet (like updating Quantity or net sales), and finally re-import the updated CSV file back into your WooCommerce store efficiently.

Note: You can customize which columns to include. Simply click the Column Manager icon to select your preferred data fields. Only marked columns will appear in your exported file, allowing you to create tailored reports containing just the information you need.
