Example:
Offer a free gift to customers who have placed more than three orders in a month.
How to set it up:
1. Add a new rule
2. Choose Simple from the list of Methods
3. In the Quantities & Settings: Insert 1 in the Get field
4. In the Product Get section, locate “Include Products/Categories” field and add specific product/Category to offer as free gift
5. Add a new condition in the Condition section, then set the following:
- Open the Conditions combobox and choose Order count from Customer Value menu
- Open the next field and select 1 month
- Set the third field to At Least
- Write 3 in the last field
6. Press Save Changes
