How to set it up:
1. Press Add Rule button
2. Choose Buy X Get X from the Method list
3. In the Quantities & Settings:
- Set Buy and Get to 3 and 1, respectively
- Mark Auto add gift to cart
4. In the Product Buy section, add specific products to apply the rule on
5. Press Save Changes button to activate the rule
